Location is key, and the cottage offers the best of both worlds. Situated just a short walk from Main Street, you'll have easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, events, & activities, but also a serene backyard and hot tub to retreat to after exploring town.

For plant lovers - you'll love being surrounded by plants in every room - from window boxes peaking through the 100 year old windows, to ferns and palms on the porches and decks, to sweet little flower pots in every nook and cranny.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
THE BED
The bedroom features a king sized bed with a memory foam mattress, thick comforter, and microfiber white sheets. Attached to the bedroom is a large bathroom with brand new washer/dryer, shower and appliances. The large barn door to the bedroom opens to the living room giving an open concept feel to the space.
Living Areas & Kitchen
Spacious living areas include a living room with a 55" smart TV, (Netflix & Prime provided) and an electric fireplace conjoined with a dining room table for meals, working from home, or board game nights - games are provided!
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances including a retro fridge, farmhouse sink, small oven and stove, coffee bar, and basic necessities. We have a Keurig, French press, coffee grounds, K-cups with Starbucks coffee, teas and hot cocoa, sugar and cream in the fridge.
Brand New Hot Tub Deck
One of the highlights of our property is the spacious backyard. Unwind surrounded by tropical plants, flowers overflowing from the window boxes and numerous outdoor seating areas. A hammock, 2 large decks (one with privacy walls and a brand new 5 seater hot tub), a picnic table and stumps around the Solo-stove fire pit give you plenty of options to enjoy the evenings. We provide wood and starters for the fire pit.

A privacy fence ties in the atmosphere to give you privacy from surrounding businesses. The charm continues as you sit and relax on the rocking chairs on the front porch, where you can sit and sip your morning coffee with views of the historic district, a mural, the library and Saturday’s “dollar book store” traffic. On a lucky weekend you might hear music up the street playing at the visitor center or Arts Center.
